The report goes beyond “What Is Wrong” to “What Is Right” providing prospective buyers an in-depth view of the inner workings of these critical systems. For the seller, when issues are noted, the seller can fix the issues and the report will be updated. Going beyond the standard inspection, Standard Inspection Plus inspections includes complimentary drone imaging and infrared scannin —features many inspectors offer only as optional services: drones for close up roof, flashing, shingles and framing pictures and Infrared Scanning evaluating all observable plumbing connections for water leaks, and for evaluating lowest level foundation walls for moisture intrusion.
